Screenplay in, breakdown out

Import Final Draft (.fdx) and the base reads scenes, sets, day/night and every speaking role. Tag elements per department straight from the page.

Cast profiles with evidence

Age, gender, personality and skills are derived from the screenplay only — each with the quote it came from, master roles and their young/old versions kept apart.

Stripboard and call sheets

Strips group by set, location and region, eighths per day are yours to set, and each shoot day publishes as a printable call sheet with a push to the crew.

Budget that follows the schedule

Versioned budgets, account rollups, rate cards, talent days derived from the stripboard, and a change log on every euro that moves.

Base plan and RACI

Five phases, deliverables and job titles with Responsible, Accountable, Consulted and Informed — driving both the project plan and who sees what.

Signed assignments

Deal memos, releases and location agreements are signed in the base with eIDAS-style consent, a generated PDF and a full audit trail.

Recce and on location

Recce forms per location capture access, load-in, power and safety, gear per department and photos — and on the day, a map with nearby parking.

Hours and travel

Crew register worked hours and home-to-location kilometres. Producers watch actuals land against the budget line they came from.
